p>The lecture will be shown exclusively on BBC iPlayer next Thursday.

p>BBC Scotland said Minecraft fans will, for the very first time, be able to watch Stampy demonstrate how he makes his videos in a discussion with Dundee games entrepreneur Chris van der Kuyl.

p>Stampy will discuss the process of making his Christmas special while giving the audience an insight into his life and career that has led him to become one of the world's most viewed YouTubers?.

/p>

p>Mr. van der Kuyl said Stampy was the "epitome of the 21st Century digital native" who would inspire viewers regardless of their age.

p>"Stampy is a source of inspiration for a whole new generation young people who clearly see that their future careers will depend on a unique combination of talents, creativity, technical and design skills that can be mastered by anyone," he added.

p>The RSE lecture will be held as part of BBC Make it Digital, an initiative to encourage digital creativity among young people.
