p>YouTuber? for Minecraft Technoblade has passed away at the age of 23. His family have confirmed this in a touching farewell video posted on behalf of him.

p>The video, titled "solong nerds", was posted to his 10,000,000 followers and showed his father saying that he was "the most amazing kid anyone could ever ask for".

p>The US internet sensation gained fame livestreaming and posting clips of himself playing the sandbox video game.

/p>

p>Technoblade announced to his fans in the year 2000 that he had been diagnosed with cancer.

/p>

p>The message to say goodbye that he wrote moments before his death and read by his father, read: "Hello everyone, Technoblade here. If you're watching this. I am dead."

p>He then revealed that his real name was Alex. He recalled the time he tricked viewers to believe his name be Dave.

p>"Thank you all for your support of my work over the years," he continued. "If I had another hundred years in my years to live, I believe Technoblade would be my first choice again. These were the most memorable years of my entire life."

p>The online star, who took home Minecraft tournaments and had a horde of fans talking about his life in a humorous manner when playing the game, explained in a fundraising video published in February that he been through chemotherapy, radiation therapy and a limb salvage procedure after he developed a painful tumor in his right arm.

p>Sarcoma, a rare form of bone and soft tissue cancer, was the reason for his death.

/p>

p>He revealed his diagnosis of cancer in August 2021, explaining that he initially thought the pain he was feeling was due to an injury to the muscles from repetitive stress due to playing too much. When his arm began to swell, he went to hospital and was diagnosed with cancer.

p>It is not known much about Technoblade, who kept his real identity a secret until the end. However, his online avatar was a picture of a crown pig.

p>He has 10.8 million viewers on his YouTube? channel, and his bio reads: "I play video games way too often. Although I'm not the greatest, I do have hot elbows..

p>Following the news of his death, fans, fellow gamers and YouTubers? paid tribute on the internet.

p>J Schlatt recalled, "I'll never forget that day I met Technoblade." "I left work early to play the Minecraft tournament with Technoblade. I barely knew how to play... and the dude was able to carry us to win the entire tournament.

p>"Rest in peace, big guy. You'll be a legend for the rest of your life.

p>YouTuber? Captain Puffy also known as Cara, tweeted: "Rest In Peace Technoblade. He always treated me with pure kindness. I was never excluded from anything." He couldn't have been more kind!"

p>Tommy Innit said: "Technoblade is a legend. I cannot even express how grateful I am to be an integral part of his life from being a huge fan to one of his closest friends. I'm sure he's mulling in heaven on how to beat God ..."

p>"I've been rewatching Technoblade's for the past hour," added Ludwig Ahgren. "He was so clever, so humble even in the toughest of times. I'll always look up to him."

p>He said that a portion of proceeds from online orders for the items of his son's death will now be donated to charities.

p>The video concluded with a letter from his family that read: "We, the family of Technoblade we wanted all of you to know how much he loved and respected his fans and coworkers.
