p>Tubecon is a community-driven international YouTube? event that gathers YouTube? creators and their viewers in arena-sized public events. The first Tubecon took place in August 2014 in Hartwall Arena, Helsinki with more than 5,000 attendees. 1 Tubecon has been held 25 times across four countries (Finland Sweden Spain Switzerland and Switzerland) and attracted over 120,000 people to each event. p>Tubecon has seen a dramatic increase in popularity over time as has the YouTube? and online influencers community. The largest Tubecon events have attracted more than 18,000 people and featured more than 200 YouTubers? and online influencers.

p>Tubecon event program is developed in collaboration with local online influencers. It includes a variety of program elements such as Meet & Greets, Tubecon Video Awards panels, and concerts. In 2018, Tubecon is taking place in Finland, Sweden, Germany and Switzerland and letters of intent have been signed in Romania, Latvia and Austria. [3]

p>Tubecon's story began in 2014 when Finnish creators wanted to organize an event where they and their viewers could meet each other in a safe and enjoyable way. [4]

p>Tubecon in Sweden began in Stockholm on the 6th of January, 2016. https://coderwall.com/p/mlnevq/minecraft-diamond-challenge-leaves-ai-creators-stuck-5274dc27-d98b-43d0-8fbf-5ca7f645d7b1 It was attended by more than 4500 people. They also held an autumn tour, which started on 9 September in Vasteras and concluded on the 10th of December in Kungsbacka. About 50 YouTube? creators visited 8 cities. [7] More than 15,000 people attended Tubecon events in Sweden in 2016.

p>The Tubecon was held in Germany on 20 February 2016 in the Turbinenhalle Oberhausen. Additional VIP and Aftershow tickets were also available.

p>Finnish event was organized in Hartwall Arena on 12-13 August with about 17,500 attendees. [8]

p>The first-ever Tubecon Spain was organized on the 18th of February at the wiZink Center in Madrid. The event saw more than 200 Spanish creators who attended. [9]

p>Tubecon Switzerland was organized for the first time at Zurich's Hallenstation on the 29th of December. [10] Around 2,500 visitors attended the event. [11]

p>The Finnish Tubecon took place for the first time in Messukeskus Helsinki on August 17-18. The theme of the event was "My Story". The event featured approximately 200 Finnish YouTubers?. Tubecon also hosted international creators from the US, Great Britain, Germany and Thailand in the first Tubecon World Meet. International creators were Bars and Melody, Jon Cozart aka Paint, Softpomz and MrTrashPack?. A new TubeCity? concept was unveiled at the event. It allowed various categories, such as gaming, beauty, fashion and food, to have their own blocks within the city-like event space. A new initiative was also introduced. Tubecon also launched Tube Academy, an educational track for creators and anyone who wanted to know more about the process of making videos and the industry. [12]
