p>Lindell is a man who's sole success in life has been in creating an infomercial that allowed Lindell to sell bags of shredded foam as if they had magic. It's an effective technique. Lindell appears to have not understood his ability to sell polyurethane nuggets as something that gives him a unique view of the world. It is difficult to believe that Lindell has reached the top of Bullshit Mountain, where he is the man Trump is relying on to get him back into office in 2024.

/p>

p>Lindell still has a court case against him. On Thursday he filed an action against Dominion Voting Machines and Smartmatic USA. And it's not just any lawsuit, because this one is accompanied by colored illustrations.

/p>

p>Lindell's lawsuit is an interesting artifact. A dead rats is an interesting piece of artifact from the Black Death, sort of.

/p>

p>It's not clear whether Lindell sought legal counsel to file his lawsuit. It is clear that this was not required. Because the evidence Lindell gave the court has the same relationship to an actual suit as two clowns dressed in a suit of horses must submit to the Secretariat. Particular-Fact: Simply putting the word "Fact” at the beginning of a sentence doesn't make it an assertion. Even though every one of the statements that follow is at best a wild conjecture. These "facts" aren't necessarily more factual if they are put together into the form of a Jenga tower.

/p>

p>Lindell declares Dominion "a state actor" in two "facts" statements. Then , he declares the "fact", that he is able to slander Dominion any way he likes. Because it's a state actor. After that, Lindell continues with the "fact" that he has already proven that the 2020 election was rigged. This includes 20 hacks "primarily by Chinese actors that changed the outcome of the presidential race in the 2020 General Election."

/p>

p>Lindell has not only mastered the art of the "fact" statement, he's also clearly mastered the use of legal footnotes. When he uses the term "Lawfare" in his statement, he then puts this at the bottom of the page: "Lawsuit Warfare = Lawsuit + Warfare = Lawfare." The statement is accompanied by the Wikipedia link which means you're sure it's all legal.

/p>

p>The first few pages of this 82-page e-book is dedicated to laying out these details. It takes all the way to page 10 before Lindell steals a title from a Terminator sequel and begins to simply write a stream-of-consciousness play on "The Rise of the Machines." And, of course, it's all there. The way that votes can be altered using "the algorithm," the way that votes are actually tabulated on servers in Spain and Germany. Naturally whole chapters are devoted to the fact that Smartmatic is both a servant and contractor for the Hugo Chavez-controlled government of Venezuela.

/p>

p>Oh and that section begins with the Shakespeare quote. It's not like ordinary lawsuits.

/p>

p>Lindell's crackpotpedia contains a lot of assertions that are clearly damning to his highly-skilled eye. Lindell claims that American Information Systems was founded in part by the Urosevich brothers, who are descendants of Serbian immigrants and that Dominion has an office in Belgrade, Belgrade office, and that the Smartmatic engineer was "Venezuelan born"; this is apparently part of a global conspiracy.

/p>

p>Here's part 52 of Lindell's "rise and the machines" section.

/p>

p>Dominion was acquired by Staple Street Capital in 2018. David Mark Rubenstein, the largest shareholder of Staple Street Capital, was also a co-founder and CEO of The Carlyle Group. The Carlyle Group, a global investment company that has significant investments in China, is famous for its long-running and significant investments. https://cannonpickle69.doodlekit.com/blog/entry/22784298/the-queue-allie-gets-lost-in-icecrown-edition Just a few months prior to the elections, Staple Street Capital, owner of Dominion received an investment of $400 million from UBS Securities, LLC in 2020. UBS Securities LLC owns 24.99 percent of UBS Securities Co. LTD which is a Chinese investment bank. The remaining 75 percent of UBS Securities Co. LTD is owned by the Chinese government or various branches of it.

/p>

p>That's the definitive proof of... Oh wait, Lindell brings it home just two sections later to say that by the time of the 2020 election "Chinese government-related entities, Chinese technology companies, and powerful Chinese financial interests were directly or indirectly owners of and near-total access to Smartmatic's and Dominion's voting machine technology."

/p>

p>Lindell has created a Mulligan stew of conspiracy theories that include criminal acts from China to Space, Germany to Serbia and Venezuela (and this is not an exhaustive list) However, he claims that this conspiracy was covered by the media, including the nefarious YouTube?.

/p>

p>Once Lindell's suit is taken by the court, it will last for a long time. This will make mayflies look like Methuselah. Also the entire Six Degrees of Hugo Chavez game should be immediately thrown out. And yet ... this is where we are. Mike Lindell isn’t just filing absurd suits to defend a web of lies. He's also launching a new scam out of his foam-earned fortune.

/p>

p>The image of Lindell-who really does give this particular putsch the mustache it's been missing as a broken-down lounge singer headlining the list of third-tier scam artists is both comical and sad. It's not a scam that aims to sell jars of patent medication or lumpy sleep snorers.

/p>

p>A party that worships Donald Trump can be considered a party that is controlled by scammers. However, the victims of this scam go beyond the Republican Party.
