I agree with you. And also I have seen where one person has serious
financial difficulties….with no prenup….the other party suffers the same
fate as the one partner with financial problems. It protects both people\
if that happens. And, with years (certainly not one or one or few years+)
of marriage and children between them, the spouse would deserve 50%
of everything they own if it did not work out. But with one or two years
only of marriage….come on, the spouse would gain little or deserve it.
