p>Gamescom 2022 will feature new details for Minecraft Legends and Sega's Sonic Frontiers and could reveal more details about Modern Warfare 2 and Bethesda's forthcoming space RPG Starfield. This is the first live Gamescom since the year 2019. However, you can still catch the opening night stream, hosted by Geoff Keighley, from the comfort of your own computer. p>Gamescom 2022 begins on August 23rd. If you're located in the UK the show starts at 7pm. Viewers from the US East Coast can tune in at 2PM. PT viewers can start at 11 AM.

p>The most important news that has been confirmed so far is the unveiling of further details and hopefully extra gameplay footage from Sonic Frontiers, but host Geoff Keighley has also confirmed that the Gamescom opening show will include "30+ games" It's possible that some more of 2022 and 2023's biggest games will be teased as well.

p>Call of Duty: Vanguard received an additional gameplay trailer at last years event. Modern Warfare 2 seems like a promising option this year's event.
