Hello,
I’ve been abstaining for 9 days now. The first week was very tough. I had a erection all the time. But on the 7 day and on it stopped. I can still get an erection but i have to think about it for a while to get it going. I have a bet more energy.

I use to go to bed around midnight after wanking it and would wake up around 11 or noon. No i go to bed around midnight but wake up at 8 naturally, so now I’m not wasting my day.

The reason I wanted to start this was because I’ve read a lot about the benefits on not doing it and I wanted to see if it works and I was tired of feeling depressed and tired every time after masturbating.

I’m 21 right now and want to get full control over this problem. I planned on abstaining for 2 weeks, but i feel pretty good so I think I’ll just stick with it. I feel no need to masturbate anymore.

I really look forward to what I’ll feel like when I hit 3 weeks of not doing it. I want my voice to get a little deeper too.
