Martinsburg, West Virginia is not a massive metropolis, so it doesn't have all the bells and whistles and dozens upon dozens of events that the larger cities offer, but it nonetheless has enjoyable celebrations to ring in the new yr. Surrounded by the rich all-natural forests and mountains, even although Martinsburg is officially a city, it seems like more of a rural area for me, because I just moved from Baltimore, Maryland.
